Weeks after Vidya Balan was invited to speak to the students of Imperial College London, as an extension of her portrayal of Shakuntala Devi in an upcoming film, Sanya Malhotra was welcomed by the Oxford University for a similar interaction.
Malhotra used the opportunity to shed light on the workings of Indian cinema, and her journey in Bollywood. "I was honoured to have had the opportunity to visit the university. I shared personal anecdotes from my career and journey in the interactive session. It's great to overcome cultural differences and barriers by discussing the art of cinema. We had some interesting conversations and exchanged noteworthy ideas," says the actor.
