Akshay Kumar is all elated to share the news about his film Bellbottom. The actor shared a new poster on his social media account, which gives a glimpse of his suave look. Thanking his entire team, Akshay's post garnered a lot of comments. From lit emoticons to numerous hearts, the reaction seems to be a positive one on the actor's Bellbottom avatar.
In a media interaction, Jackky Bhagnani, who is the producer of the movie, shared, "Our film is an espionage thriller revolving around a hijack. We'll be shooting at multiple real locations across Scotland, including the airport, which is a vintage structure and blends well with the setting of our film."
On the occasion of his 53rd birthday, Akshay Kumar received a heart whelming gift from the entire team. The special gift offered by the whole unit of the film was a pair of dark blue bell-bottom pants - signed by the entire unit of Bellbottom. The pair of trousers, packed with birthday messages of love and warmth scribbled all over was the first birthday gift of the day received by Akshay.
Bellbottom was being shot in Scotland. Social media updates indicate that actors Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Lara Dutta, Adil Hussain, Huma Qureshi and producers Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Jackky Bhagnani and director Ranjit Tewari are currently in the country as part of the shoot crew.
The film, which is a spy thriller film directed by Ranjit M, Tewari, set in the 1980s and is slated to release on April 2, 2021, on the Good Friday weekend.
